Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if:

How to Start a Return

Contact support@chesssale.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide a prepaid return label (when applicable).

Pack the item securely.

Ship it to our return facility.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Exchanges
We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange.
